| Favorite albums of all time | | Do you have a favorite album?
If so, what is it- is it by you favorite musical artist?
My favorite album is probably Coral Fang by The Distillers. They are not my favorite band, and I think it was their last album (which came out in 2003 or so) and they've broekn up since, but the music on the album is just so good! It's kind of this grungy, slightly punk music with simple yet emotionally captivating riffs. I lsiten to it everynow and then, and whenever I put the CD in my CD player I just have to listen to the whle thing through. | |

| Do Metal Bands really need to include a sentimental ballad song on their albums? | | Okay, Rock bands do include some acoustic track and ballad tracks in their albums but I noticed that Metal bands do that too. I dont know but i found it bizarre when metal bands include so soft melodramatic track on their albums that was supposed to be loud and upbeat. I do like some ballad from Metal bands but It seemed like ballad tracks works better to rockers. I know some people confuse Rockbands to Metal bands but they were 2 different entities. | |

| What albums do you play to fix your bad day? | | I found myself feeling a little slow moving today. I did not want to listen to anything on my ipod since I've haven't changed the music on it for some time. So looking through my dusty cd collection I ran across The MisEducation by Lauryn Hill. Seeing a teaching moment, I told them about turntables (what's THAT, dad?). But then I said how we would put a needle onto this spinning piece of vinyl and one - - with horror in her eyes asked me... you would put a needle on it ... on PURPOSE?
