| Need some advice on fitness... | | Well I think I'm overweight, but thats a different story. I would like some advice on how to raise my fitness levels so that it is easier for me to lose the weight that I am unhappy with.
My partner has laybyed boxing gloves and focus pads for me for christmas, and I have purchased a skipping rope. But I get tired out after a minute of jumping rope. I go for a walk every day for at least half an hour, and now my son is up and about I am constantly chasing after him, but I always seem to be puffed out and exhausted after any exercise. Any tips or ideas on how to raise my fitness levels? | |

Thailand's TWINS has the good cushion of leather and foam. It's being prefer by the boxers and the kickboxers here in the Philippines and in Thailand as well. | My 8-yr old son is turning girlish, help!!! | | We don't have a history of having a gay member in our family and my relatives are laughing at us. My uncle brought home a small set of boxing gloves and told my son that he will make a man out of him. He is teaching him to box and encouraging to fight other boys his age. I don't want this and I am afraid that he might get hurt. All indications are pointing towards the direction that he will become a gay. Can this be reversed? Any advice? | |

| | ring death? | | have you ever witnessed a ring death?or a boxing match where one of the boxer died after the fight?i've watched a documentary last night regarding boxing and they showed a video footage of an example of ring death.oh god!if you could just see the video yourself you're gonna cry.i tried to find it at "youtube" if it is available there but it's not.the show was hosted by ms jessica soho a Filipina,the title of the documentary is "KAMAO".it was febuary 1995 two Filipino boxers were inside the ring to have fight for a prize.let's call them boxer1 (wears red) and boxer 2 (wears black)i think it was on the 8th round when boxer one got down and i think he is not in a good condition so the referee counted on him up to 4 but the boxer stand up and wants to continue the fight,though the referee seems not so sure of the condition of boxer 1 he continued the fight(although the game anchor is there shouting to stop the game because the boxer is not that okay,and they don't want to see another ring death).it was really a hard fight,the boxers almost killed each other.it ended up to the last round they are bought deeply breathing because of the adrenaline rush,sophocation etc.boxer one seems... | |
